Andy Plant has kindly agreed to lead a walk from the War Memorial through the village to Brooms Churchyard and back via St Ives Church and churchyard
Andy was featured in the Leadgate Sons and Daughters project by Consett in Focus
The walk will start at 9/30am meeting at the War Memorial on Durham Road with parking at the community centre
St Ives are holding an open weekend including a display of tapestries by ex resident Janet Lavery and also a second display by Consett in Focus on the Leadgate Sons and Daughters project

Leadgate Salvation Army are also holding their XMAS Fayre
