Just came across this photo taken outside of Leadgate community centre where we had our youth club,the photo was probably taken in the mid seventies.
Diane,Hendo,Robbie,Conrad(sadly no longer with us) and John at the front.
The youth club was on a Monday night,the youth leaders were Dennis and his wife Marjorie,Betty Farrer also gave alot of help.It was the normal activities and every now and then we’d have a disco with Ian Ledger been the DJ he was a Leadgate lad.
Names I can remember going are Halfy his sister Yvonne,Bingo,Stewy,Marie,Trisha,
Adele,Peter and Terence,Joe,Chris, Mandy,Gary and his brother Mark and the list goes on,if reading this please add other names.
