Leadgate has always had venues for live music and with the Working Mens Club near re-opening more live music events there and at other places like the Cricket Club will hopefully be staged in the future

Steve Thompson has shared memories in the past re practicing in the Band Hut opposite where the Community Centre is now before it caught fire
Memories of other local venues would also be welcome. Folk events at Dipton and Shotley Bridge for example
